When this started in 2009 it was one van, one technician, and a pitch simple enough to fit on the side of the door: the shop should drive to the customer, not the other way around.
Seventeen years later that is still the entire business. There are more vans now, and the calibration equipment costs more than the first van did. The promise has not moved an inch — you should never have to give up a working day to fix a piece of glass.

Q1How long does a mobile windshield replacement take?
About sixty minutes for the replacement itself. Add roughly another hour of safe drive-away time before the urethane has cured enough to drive, and thirty to forty-five minutes more if your vehicle needs camera recalibration. We tell you the exact number before we leave.
Q2Can a chip be repaired, or does the whole windshield go?
If the damage is under about an inch, has not reached the edge of the glass, and does not sit directly in the driver’s line of sight, it is almost always repairable. Cracks that touch the edge travel under load and mean replacement. See the triage diagrams above.
Q3Will you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, for most major carriers. We file the claim, send the documentation, and bill them directly so you pay only your deductible — and on many comprehensive policies, chip repair carries no deductible at all.
Q4What is ADAS recalibration and does my car need it?
If your windshield holds a forward-facing camera for lane-keeping, adaptive cruise or automatic braking, moving the glass moves the camera’s aim. Recalibration re-references it. We check your VIN up front and tell you before booking whether it applies.
Q5Do you need power, water or a garage?
No. Each unit is self-contained. We need a reasonably level spot with a few feet of clearance on each side of the vehicle. Rain or snow moves the work under cover, so a carport or garage helps but is not required.
Q6Is it legal to drive with a cracked windshield in Colorado?
Damage that obstructs the driver’s clear view can be cited, and a compromised windshield also weakens the roof structure and the passenger airbag’s backstop. Beyond the citation risk, that is the real reason not to wait on it.
Q7What does the warranty actually cover?
Our workmanship, for as long as you own the vehicle: leaks, wind noise, stress cracks originating at the bond line, and trim or moulding that lifts. New impact damage from a fresh rock is a new job, not a warranty claim.
